Assistant Construction Manager

Job Summary
Assist Construction Managers with on-site supervision of job sites and coordination of daily trade partner activities in accordance with schedules and scopes; maintain safety logs, conduct safety meetings, and support record-keeping for change orders and purchase orders. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues raised by inspectors and trade partners; communicate progress and issues to management and ensure building-code compliance. Requires regular in-person attendance at job sites and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction-management software is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years' experience in home building/construction preferred
- College Degree or equivalent education preferred
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Valid auto insurance coverage
