Job Summary
Assist the Construction Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality compliance. Manage day-to-day operations by scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination, while conducting site visits to verify adherence to standards and regulations. Oversee assigned sites, general contractors, and subcontractors, facilitating communication with stakeholders and participating in meetings to provide progress updates. Identify risks, collaborate on mitigation strategies, and support closeout activities including punch lists and documentation turnover. This role supports innovative ropeway and mobility solutions projects across the globe, requiring experience in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure construction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, or Engineering
- 5 years of practical experience in the construction industry
- Knowledge of construction methods, material, and building codes
- Familiarity with construction scheduling and project management software
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed
- Experience with commercial, industrial, or infrastructure construction projects
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA certification is a plus
