Job Summary
Assist the Construction Project Manager, Project Manager, Site Manager, and EPC/Program Manager in day-to-day management of project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, procurement, proposals, estimates, documentation, and turnover for diverse EPC projects across multiple industries including aviation, commercial building, electrical transmission & distribution, and oil & gas; collaborate with project team to build client relationships, develop project plans and execution, support bid/proposal activities, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements; coordinate RFPs, change orders, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation; monitor labor, equipment, and cost metrics, and facilitate project turnover and closeout.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field and 3 years relevant construction experience required or applicable experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
