Job Summary
The Assistant Company Secretary role involves supporting governance and compliance activities, maintaining corporate registers, assisting with Board and Committee documentation, liaising with various stakeholders, and providing governance advice to business units. The position requires a Bachelor of Laws, Commerce, or a related field, along with strong organisational skills, integrity, stakeholder engagement abilities, and knowledge of corporate governance and legal requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in a governance or corporate secretariat environment
- Strong organisational skills
- High integrity, professionalism, and sound judgement
- Knowledge of corporate governance, ASX Listing Rules, and the Corporations Act
- Excellent attention to detail, administration, and technology skills

- Governance qualification or working towards completion
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
