Job Summary
Assistant Community Manager supporting daily operations for Villas Del Cielo in Albuquerque, NM. Responsibilities include assisting with leasing processes, rent collections, resident accounts, processing applications and screenings, coordinating with maintenance, responding to resident inquiries, maintaining resident files and financial records, assisting with lease renewals and move-ins/move-outs, supporting marketing, occupancy initiatives, and ensuring Fair Housing compliance. Requires on-site work; emphasizes customer service, operational and financial accountability, and partnering with the Community Manager to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Property Management, or a related field preferred
- Two or more years of residential leasing and/or property management experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Yardi, ResMan, OneSite, or other property management software preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid driver's license, current automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required
