Assistant Community Manager - Tax Credit

Job Summary
Conduct marketing and leasing functions to maintain budgeted occupancy, while implementing resident retention programs and managing move-in paperwork. Collect rents, process invoices, and monitor renewals to ensure accurate financial records and policy enforcement. Maintain resident relations by responding to concerns and producing monthly reports for the Property Manager. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs. This role supports day-to-day operations at an apartment community within RPM Living's portfolio of extraordinary properties.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years tax credit experience
- Related multi-family property management experience
- Knowledge of HUD rules and regulations, as well as policies and procedures of low-income housing programs
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time while working at a desk
- Must be able to climb stairs
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment
- A flexible schedule is required and hours include weekdays, nights, and weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays) as needed to meet business needs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with OneSite software a plus
- Valid driver's license is preferred; candidates without a license will be provided a liability waiver
