Process rent payments, invoices, and resident documentation, assist with retention efforts and event planning, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations. Monitor property condition to make improvement recommendations and serve as a role model to maintain high operational standards. Requires a high school diploma or GED with 1+ years in leasing, sales, or property management; proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
