Job Summary
Assist Community Manager with leasing, screening, and selecting prospective residents, and help develop and execute marketing and resident services programs. Responsible for maintaining rent collection procedures, processing deposits and refunds, overseeing accounts payable, aiding in annual operating budget preparation, and ensuring property grounds and amenities are well-maintained. Utilize maintenance software to track service requests, inspect move-in conditions, and coordinate with contractors/vendors with prior Vendor Compliance approval. Requires ability to travel for property business, flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and a High School Diploma or Equivalent. Related property management experience (1+ year preferred) and knowledge of affordable housing programs (HUD/Tax Credit/Rural Development) are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of one year property management experience preferred
- Experience with affordable housing, Tax Credit, HUD and/or Rural Development preferred
- Proficiency with property management software (One Site) preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
