Job Summary
Assistant General Manager for student housing with responsibilities across staff leadership and development, property administration, financial performance, and customer experience. Lead and coach onsite staff, assist with hiring and training, ensure compliance with Fair Housing and safety policies, manage resident accounts and billing, oversee turnover, inspections, maintenance coordination, and move-in/move-out processes. Drive customer experience, implement marketing opportunities, and achieve revenue and KPI goals under the guidance of the General Manager. Role requires day-to-day property operations, occasional on-call shifts, and travel as needed to assigned property. Strong detail orientation, effective communication, and proficiency in property management systems (Entrata preferred) are essential.
