Job Summary
Assistant Community Manager role on-site at a multi-property Sentral community. Core responsibilities include liaising with residents, collecting rent, basic bookkeeping, organizing property viewings, overseeing facility maintenance, evaluating applicants, and negotiating contracts. The position requires maintaining leasing operations, handling lease renewals and retention, monitoring online reviews, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing maintenance and custodial teams, coordinating maintenance calls, overseeing events, supporting leasing activities, and performing related clerical duties. Candidates should demonstrate a can-do attitude, growth mindset, ownership of work, strong communication, organizational skills, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends. High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred; minimum one year in customer service and one year leasing experience or related accounting experience; OSHA willingness to obtain within six months; proficiency with MS Office and related tools; experience in property management and customer service is preferred.
Required Qualifications

- strong attention to detail and sales ability
- OSHA laws and regulations, willingness to obtain within six months
