Job Summary
Assistant Community Manager opening at a Raleigh, NC area property. The role involves administering property operations, leasing the property (showings, lease packets, credit reports, move-ins/outs), handling deposits and rent postings, payroll administration, responding to residents, coordinating maintenance with the Maintenance Supervisor, and supporting resident retention. Supervisory responsibilities may arise in the Community Manager’s absence. Requires Fair Housing compliance, customer service experience, and a valid driver’s license. Preferred: advanced coursework in management/accounting and at least two years of property management experience.
Required Qualifications
