Job Summary

Greet and qualify prospects using lead management software, process applications including credit checks, and show apartments to close sales. Manage lease renewals, handle move-outs, and enforce lease terms while tracking fees and initiating evictions as needed. Promote resident satisfaction by responding promptly to complaints and maintaining an active social media presence. Conduct market research on competing properties and update property management software. Complete necessary paperwork for leases and move-ins during peak periods. This role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and nights, with a preference for a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or apartment leasing
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Project Management
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time while working at a desk
  • Must be able to climb stairs
  • Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
  • Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
  • Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment
  • Flexible schedule including weekdays, nights, and weekends (including Saturdays and Sundays)

Desired Qualifications

  • A background in accounting combined with customer service
