Job Summary
Greet prospects, process applications, and manage leases, renewals, and rent collections while enforcing lease terms and initiating evictions as needed. Show apartments, close sales, and prepare residents for move-ins by obtaining signatures and providing orientation. Promote resident satisfaction by responding promptly to complaints, questions, and requests, and maintain an active social media presence to enhance property visibility. Conduct market research by surveying competing properties and update property management software with move-in/out and renewal data. Complete all necessary paperwork for peak periods in a timely manner. This bilingual role includes a flexible schedule covering weekdays, nights, and weekends, with weekly pay ranging from $24 to $27 per hour plus comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience in customer service or apartment leasing
- A background in accounting combined with customer service is also preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Project Management
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment
- A valid driver's license is preferred
- Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check as local and federal state requires
