Job Summary
Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards, process applications and deposits while adhering to Fair Housing requirements, and show apartments to close sales. Manage lease renewals, handle move-outs, enforce lease terms, track fees, and initiate evictions when needed for revenue optimization. Respond promptly to resident complaints and service issues to promote satisfaction, conduct market research on competing properties, and maintain an active social media presence. Keep property management software updated with all move-in/out and renewal data. This role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and Saturdays, with on-site duties that may involve exposure to elements and confined spaces.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least two years of experience in customer service or apartment leasing
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Project Management
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment
- A valid driver's license is preferred; candidates without a license will be provided a liability waiver
Desired Qualifications
- A background in accounting combined with customer service
