Job Summary
Collect and process rent, track resident accounts, issue late notices, and assist with collections. Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections, documentation, and deposit accounting. Respond to resident inquiries, oversee maintenance requests, and manage lease renewals and violations. Support marketing outreach, give leasing tours, and process applications. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare financial reports. Hit occupancy and closing ratio goals while organizing resident events. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company SOPs. Full-time role with a Monday-Friday 9am-6pm schedule. Requires 3+ years of high-rise property management experience and proficiency in Yardi Voyager or similar platforms.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of specialized high-rise experience in leasing or assistant property management
- ideally within a high-density, luxury urban development
- Strong numerical aptitude for balancing financial accounts
- customer-centric hospitality skills
- the physical capacity to walk a large multi-floor building for inspections
- Proficiency in core property management platforms like Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, Appwork, or similar CRM tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Working knowledge of the laws and regulations that govern property management
- A genuine customer-service mindset

Desired Qualifications
