Assistant Community Manager - Riverwalk Apartments

Own leasing, tours, and occupancy performance while managing resident relationships, renewals, and rent collections. Handle delinquency management, lease files, compliance, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy. Maintain high standards for clean processes and proactive issue resolution without waiting for reminders. Requires prior on-site leasing or property management experience, hands-on skills with renewals and resident relations, and Entrata or comparable PMS experience. Fair Housing certification is required before interacting with prospects or residents.
