Job Summary
Execute leasing and resident relations functions by evaluating vacancy metrics, conducting community tours, processing applications, and delivering move-in inspections. Manage administration and reporting by issuing legal notices, monitoring aged receivables, and ensuring compliance with privacy rules. Oversee office operations by preparing resident correspondence, supporting front desk duties, and maintaining inventory of made-ready suites. Monitor suite deficiencies to produce work orders, conduct periodic inspections, and ensure adherence to fire safety plans. Handle resident inquiries and complaints while promoting resident-facing technology. Work flexible hours to support team schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Property Management, Hospitality, or other closely related industries
- Post-secondary education
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving
- Ability to multitask
- Self-starter with a high degree of initiative, flexibility, and professionalism
- Superior ability to develop and sustain cooperating working relationships with staff, contractors, the public and residents
- Passion for excellence in customer service delivery
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Knowledge of Yardi Voyager
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with smart phone and tablet technology
