Assist Community Manager in leasing, marketing campaigns, and resident relations; support budgeting and accounts payable processes; handle rent collection and security deposit administration; oversee vendor compliance and coordinate maintenance and inspections; utilize maintenance software (One Site) to enter and review service requests and reports; maintain high standards of customer service and communication with residents, vendors, and supervisors; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; requires High School Diploma or Equivalent and experience in property management; role based at Profit Hills - St Croix, VI, with on-site property responsibilities.
