Job Summary
Assistant Community Manager at The Local in Winchester, VA supports the Community Manager, helps operate the apartment community, and may assume Community Manager duties in their absence. Responsible for reporting rents/deposits, leasing duties, resident retention, timely leasing, greeting prospective clients, and delivering exceptional service in a busy, team-oriented environment. Weekend hours rotate; requires 2 years in residential property management, associate degree preferred, with basic computer skills and Yardi/LIHTC experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Two years' experience in Residential Property Management or related field
- Associate's Degree or equivalent college-level education preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Excel) required
- Experience with Yardi preferred
- Experience with LIHTC properties preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
