Job Summary
Conducting oneself as a professional company representative while resolving issues with residents, customers, vendors, and employees. Follow Fair Housing guidelines and care for the needs of prospective and current residents using public relations and service skills. Research, analyze, and make recommendations on problems that arise while working with multiple projects simultaneously. Learn all aspects of property management and development under additional duties as assigned by a supervisor. Maintain a professional appearance, follow occupancy guidelines, and be flexible with work schedules including potential weekend hours. Requires a Bachelor's degree, previous supervisory and sales/customer service experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license. Onsite housing is provided during training.
