Job Summary
Oversee rent collections, enforce park regulations, and monitor income and expenses to meet financial targets. Coordinate repairs, renovations, and vendor relationships to ensure on-site operations run smoothly. Manage resident move-ins and move-outs, process applications, and establish competitive rental rates through market analysis. Show homes to prospects, follow up on leads, and drive occupancy while conducting local travel as needed. Assist with marketing initiatives and attend weekly management meetings to support team goals. Complete criminal background checks and maintain proficiency with computer systems.
Required Qualifications
- Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in-person
- Exudes extreme ownership and extreme collaboration while remaining professional during interactions with all levels of team members, partners, vendors, local officials, etc
- Ability to use computer systems effectively and efficiently
- Possess negotiation skills for vendor relations as well as home sales
- Previous project management and/or property management experience is highly desired
- Willingness and ability to conduct local travel as needed
- Successful completion of a criminal background check prior to employment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in property management is preferred
