Job Summary
Assist Community Manager with daily operations, leasing processes, compliance with LIHTC and Fair Housing, resident relations, marketing support, events, and vendor coordination to maintain an exceptional, compliant, and engaging community across Plainfield, IN. Collaborate with maintenance and leasing staff, support tours and applications, manage digital presence, and help drive resident retention and community partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Marketing, Business, or related field a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of property management experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing compliance standards
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing or mentoring property teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in property management software (Entrata preferred)
- Creative mindset with experience in social media management and grassroots marketing
