Requires experience in sales/customer service, LIHTC familiarity, and 1–2 years related work; education includes high school/GED with preferred associate degree. The position emphasizes strong customer service, property operations, financial recordkeeping, and ability to coordinate health/safety inspections and tenant communications.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) for consideration
  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or Technical School preferred
  • Sales and Customer Service
  • One to two years of related experience
  • Property Management Software and Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience preferred
