Job Summary
Collect and post rent monthly, handle resident work orders, and conduct follow-up activity with current and new residents. Physically inspect the property, assist with leasing and lease renewal efforts onsite, and maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and contractors. Support onsite accounting functions including AP/AR reconciliations and act as person-in-charge when the primary manager is absent. This role requires 2+ years of property management experience, full-time availability up to 40 hours, and includes up to two Saturdays monthly for rent collections. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in property management
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's or Associates degree
- 1-3 years of direct experience with Multi-family property management
- Professional designation (CAM, ARM, CPM, etc.)
- Strong Marketing/Leasing experience
- Thorough knowledge of all applicable Federal and State Fair Housing Laws
- Strong financial reporting, organization, and accounting skills
- Thorough attention to detail
- Strong computer proficiency
- Good familiarity with Entrata or Onesite
- Good familiarity with Excel
- Good familiarity with Microsoft Word
- Excellent attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Resolve to provide prompt and friendly service
- Full time employment
- Up to 40 hours per week
- Availability to work up to 2 Saturdays a month
- Availability during hours 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Availability during Saturday hours 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
