Job Summary
Answer incoming calls professionally, assist with marketing to generate leads, and conduct outreach to prospective tenants. Show available apartments, complete the leasing process, and help residents find suitable housing. Address resident concerns, coordinate maintenance work orders, and follow up on leasing leads. Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and maintaining resident files while performing other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager. This role supports two apartment communities in New Prague and Jordan, Minnesota, requiring strong organizational skills and customer service experience.
Required Qualifications
- Previous apartment management / leasing experience preferred, or exceptional customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Yardi property management software is preferred but not required
