Job Summary
Assist with rent collection, delinquency management, and basic financial reporting; support leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals; help manage budgets and control expenses; supervise onsite team and supervise/coordinate with maintenance; maintain excellent resident relations and enforce community policies; conduct regular property inspections and coordinate with vendors for work orders and repairs; provide customer service and support operational needs as part of the onsite team.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in property management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of fair housing laws
- Experience with rent collection and basic financial reporting
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
