Job Summary
Support day-to-day property operations with a strong focus on resident satisfaction, including coordinating with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely work order resolution. Assist with compliance related to LIHTC and tax credit programs while monitoring financial performance such as occupancy, rent collection, and budget adherence. Help supervise, coach, and develop on-site team members, and lead community engagement initiatives to maintain positive resident relationships. Represent LSA's mission and values in all interactions. Requires minimum three years in multifamily housing, one year with affordable housing programs, and proficiency in RealPage software. Full-time Monday–Friday schedule with Saturdays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily housing
- At least 1 year of experience working with LIHTC or affordable housing programs
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an Assistant Community Manager or related role
- Strong organizational, financial, and operational skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven
- Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Saturdays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with RealPage property management software preferred
