Job Summary
Direct the day-to-day activities of a residential property portfolio; manage tenant relations and coordinate repairs and maintenance; interview prospective residents, show apartments, and manage the leasing process; prepare annual recertifications and vacancy reports; coordinate marketing and property promotions; ensure compliance with occupancy terms and provide clear status reports. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, customer service orientation, and experience with budgeting/financial administration.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing an apartment community and leasing.
- Demonstrated financial administration of budgets and operational review and analysis.
- Ability to exercise judgment and discretion.
