Job Summary
Assistant Community Manager in Ft. Lauderdale, FL at Harbour at New River. Supports the Community Manager with leasing and renewals, resident relations, and financial data management; responsibilities include processing rental applications (credit checks, lease paperwork), preparing renewal offers, recording rents and deposits in the property accounting system, processing vendor invoices, and using Yardi to move tenants in/out. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong organizational/accounting skills to maintain accurate resident records and assist with reporting and daily operations.
