Job Summary
Assistant Community Manager responsible for operational leadership and financial data handling while supporting leasing, marketing, and resident relations. Duties include leasing apartment units, processing rental applications, preparing renewal offers, providing accounting support, managing vendor invoices, maintaining resident records, handling move-ins/move-outs, and assisting with reports. Must ensure units are ready for move-in, maintain open communication with the Community Manager, and oversee service requests and resident inquiries; involves interaction with maintenance and adherence to policies. Strong focus on property accounting tasks and resident relations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university
