Assistant Community Manager- Leasing Consultant

Assist the Community Manager in all apartment community operations, including increasing net operating income, providing prospective resident information, scheduling tours, and conducting leases at established rates. Maintain the physical asset and establish a positive working relationship with community staff while performing duties under direct supervision. This role prepares individuals for a Community Manager position by assuming greater responsibilities in the absence of the manager and serving as a role model to peers. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a college degree in business management, hospitality, or property management beneficial. Property management and leasing experience are essential, alongside excellent communication and organizational skills. Computer literacy is required, and experience with property management or accounting software is preferred.
