Assistant Community Manager- Leasing Consultant

Assist the Community Manager in all apartment community operations to increase net operating income, provide prospective residents with apartment information, schedule visits, and conduct tours at established rental rates. Maintain the physical asset and provide a quality living environment while establishing positive relationships with community staff. Perform these duties under direct supervision, assuming greater responsibilities as you demonstrate maturity, good judgment, and decision-making abilities to prepare for a Community Manager role. Serve as the individual responsible for the community in the absence of the Community Manager and act as a role model to peers.
