The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for comprehensive support in community operations for affordable housing, including sales, leasing, maintenance, and compliance with housing regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Consistent level of professional customer service
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and the Google platform
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally between work sites

Desired Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, TDHCA, TAA, low-income housing tax credits, and tax-exempt bonds
  • Prior experience in affordable housing and community relations
  • Working knowledge of OneSite affordable property management software
