Job Summary
Assistant Community Manager in Las Vegas, NV, supporting daily operations at residential communities across Nevada. Responsibilities include rent collection and delinquency management, budgeting and expense control, leasing support to achieve occupancy goals, managing lease renewals and documentation, delivering excellent customer service, enforcing policies and fair housing laws, coordinating with maintenance and managing work orders, vendor communication, and supervising onsite staff to ensure adherence to company standards. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in property management, knowledge of regulations and fair housing, and a Nevada driver’s license; CAM certification preferred. Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in property management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of property management regulations and fair housing laws
- Experience with rent collection, delinquency management, and financial reporting
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Private Investigator’s License (work card)
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
