Job Summary
Manage administration of property operations and leasing office for a 400-unit community, supporting the Community Manager with monitoring financial operations and achieving budgeted NOI. Coordinate maintenance of property grounds and service requests while handling aged delinquency collection practices and processing all move-in, move-out, and renewal protocols. Lead leasing overflow efforts, including showing apartments and following up on traffic, to achieve maximum occupancy through outreach initiatives that effectively market the property. Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects, assist with efficient rental collections and daily deposits, and contribute to resident satisfaction and team goals. Work within Arlington, VA, earning $25-$30/hr with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential property management experience
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Computer Proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record of success with the leasing process
- Working knowledge of applicable Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing mandates and other legal issues affecting property management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to interact with residents and customers in a professional manner
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and P&L management skills
- Experience in luxury or market-rate segment
- Extensive knowledge of Property Management software programs
- If in New Jersey, must obtain Real Estate License within 120 days of the hire date
