Job Summary
Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in leasing, marketing, and resident relations for Journet Place/Promenade At Grande Park. Responsibilities include attracting, screening, and selecting prospective residents in accordance with applicable laws and criteria; developing and executing marketing campaigns; assisting with resident services programming; managing rent collection procedures and security deposit administration; assisting with accounts payable and annual operating budget preparation; monitoring landlord-tenant relations; using maintenance software to track service requests; inspecting move-in condition and property grounds; and ensuring contractor/vender compliance. Requires attention to detail, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Experience: Minimum of one year property management experience preferred. Proficiency in property-management tools (One Site) and customer service skills are emphasized.
