Job Summary
Manage the property and on-site staff in the absence of the Community Manager while touring the Larq Henderson Apartment Homes community to assist prospective residents. Oversee revenue and expenses to ensure budget guidelines are met, maintain accurate resident records, and process rent, deposits, and fees. Issue notices for late payments, evictions, and NSF checks, and report on service requests to the maintenance team. Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to update property comparables. Build strong relationships with residents through outstanding customer service. Schedule is Monday to Friday, day shift.
Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- 2 to 4 of related multifamily property management experience (preferred but not required)
- Experience with property management software (Yardi) preferred
