Job Summary
Manage resident relations and community engagement by addressing issues with care, planning engaging events, and escalating concerns appropriately to the Community Manager. Oversee financial operations by preparing bills for approval, ensuring timely rent collection, and completing legal notices in compliance with State and Fair Housing Standards. Support sales and leasing by coordinating move-in paperwork and lease renewals while managing maintenance work orders to ensure requests are completed within 48 hours. This role requires a minimum of one year of property management experience and proficiency with office software. Annual or semi-annual travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in property management
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software
- Ability to sit for long periods using office equipment
- Ability to walk the community and lift supplies
- Annual or semi-annual travel
