Job Summary
Assist Community Manager with day-to-day operations of an apartment community. Responsibilities include showing apartments, processing applications and other leasing activities, managing paperwork, maintaining positive relations with residents and prospects, and supporting rent collections and accounts payable/receivable. Requires 2+ years in multifamily property management, experience with Yardi/CRM, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and strong communication/organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in Multi-Family Property Management
- Experience with Yardi and CRM is highly preferred
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, automotive insurance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (basic to intermediate)
