Job Summary
Assist the Community Manager in leading property operations, financial activities, and regulatory compliance while guiding interactions with residents, vendors, and agency officials. Ensure delivery of excellent client service by fostering a positive environment, encouraging team growth, and maintaining high performance standards. Collaborate with management to implement strategies, track operational metrics, and identify areas for improvement. Monitor day-to-day functionality and lead the team when necessary to drive community success. Spanish/English bilingual proficiency preferred. Full-time role with Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM hours.
