Job Summary
Process and prepare applicant and resident files in compliance with Project-Based Section 8 and LIHTC rules. Manage tenant files, prepare leases and addendums, and perform annual renewal inspections per HUD and LIHTC regulations. Oversee security dispositions, arrange utility transfers, and post legal notices. Assist with evictions, resolve resident problems, and direct unresolved issues to the Community Manager. Answer phones, record rent receipts in HAB software, process vendor invoices, and conduct market surveys to identify competing communities. Plan resident events and interact with residents courteously while adhering to Fair Housing Act and FRH policies.
Required Qualifications
- Assisted Housing Manager Certification
- one year certificate from college or technical school
- one to two years related experience
