Job Summary
Assistant Community Manager supports daily operations of multi-family residential communities, handles rent collection and delinquencies, assists with budgeting and financial reporting, conducts leasing activities to maintain high occupancy, coordinates and participates in resident events, conducts property tours and move-ins/outs, collaborates with maintenance on service requests, and uses property management software (Yardi/OneSite) to manage records and generate reports. The role requires a minimum of two years in property management, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work weekends in Bellevue to support resident needs and peak operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of property management experience or equivalent
