Job Summary
Support daily operations of a multifamily apartment community alongside the Community Manager, delivering exceptional customer service to residents in both English and Spanish. Build strong relationships while resolving concerns professionally, assist with leasing activities, lease preparation, and move-in coordination. Process rent payments, manage delinquency, and maintain accurate resident files and property records. Coordinate closely with the maintenance team, assist with vendor coordination, and support marketing initiatives and resident events. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies while performing additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
- 2+ years of Assistant Community Manager or property management experience in the multifamily industry
- Strong knowledge of multifamily leasing and property management operations
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience collecting rent, managing delinquency, renewals, and lease administration
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi Voyager and CRM software preferred
