Job Summary
Meet monthly leasing goals, track traffic trends, and coach two Leasing Specialists to maintain conversion ratios aligned with policy. Manage delinquency, collect payments, inspect apartments at move-out, and prepare Standard Lists of Charges for make-ready units. Address resident issues, support renewals, ensure renter's insurance compliance, and conduct daily community inspections for curb appeal standards. Work a 40-hour week including one mandatory Saturday per month. Earn hourly pay plus commission, bonuses, and a team management rent discount. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Multifamily experience
- Must be willing to work one Saturday per month while still enjoying a 40-hour work week
- Strong leasing background with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed a 35% conversion ratio
- Experience with renewals, delinquency management, administrative processes, and resident relations
- Strong organizational skills, follow-up, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Previous management/ supervisory experience a plus
- Yardi experience preferred
