Job Summary
Assist Property Manager in daily operations of the property management department, handling phone and customer service, processing rental, purchase, and stock transfer applications, and overseeing scheduling and vendor calls. Responsible for composing letters, memos, and reports, managing contracts and related paperwork, database management, maintaining tenant records and leases, and ensuring effective communication of work orders with maintenance. Supports day-to-day office needs, accounts payable/receivable, and research into new systems to benefit executives. Requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, teamwork, and a commitment to continuing education. Must be able to attend evening board meetings and possess strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products. Preferred experience includes one year in property management and two years in customer service. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not mandatory; Valid NJ Driver’s License and knowledge of real estate/HOA environments are advantageous.
