Job Summary

Oversee complex operations for HUD/RD or Tax Credit properties by coordinating business activities, maintaining high occupancy through outreach, and managing resident moves. Handle resident screening, verify income eligibility, process evictions, and collect rents while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Maintain resident records, prepare budget recommendations, and enforce house rules to promote harmonious relations among tenants, employees, and the community. Submit weekly reports, implement company policies, and deliver rent increase notices as required. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm in Bend, OR, with a full-time 40-hour schedule.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • one year related experience and/or training
  • equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid Driver's License

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Regular and reliable attendance during scheduled hours
