Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents by guiding prospects through the leasing process, conducting community tours, preparing leasing documents, and assisting with move-ins and move-outs. Partner with the Community Manager to support the lease-up, achieve occupancy goals, manage rent collection, and maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with affordable housing requirements. Work closely with the Service Team to ensure maintenance requests are handled efficiently and that the community remains clean, safe, and well-maintained. Monday through Friday schedule with occasional weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry
- Affordable Housing (LIHTC) experience
- Lease-Up experience
- Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a company vehicle and/or golf cart
- Experience with property management software such as RealPage, OneSite, or Yardi, or the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and current technology platforms
- Ability to understand and analyze financial reports, including Profit & Loss Statements and General Ledgers
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Occasional weekends as needed
