Job Summary
Assist the Community Manager in the day-to-day operations of an assigned property, including overseeing leasing processes, maintaining accurate resident records, posting and depositing rents, reviewing and approving rental applications and move-in files, coordinating repairs, conducting weekly property inspections, handling move-out notices and resident transfers, and supporting on-site staff. Requires strong knowledge of leasing and resident retention programs, excellent customer service in responding to resident concerns, and the ability to manage staff performance, budgeted financial and operational goals, and compliance with company policies and applicable laws (Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act). The role involves ongoing coordination of income and expenses, ensuring property operations align with policies and procedures, and maintaining positive resident relations while monitoring occupancy and reporting operational issues to management.
