Job Summary
Assist the Community Manager in all aspects of property management including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, resident relations, and financial reporting. Responsibilities include processing rent payments, coordinating move-ins/outs, handling inquiries/complaints, overseeing maintenance requests, managing lease renewals and notices, supporting marketing and outreach to drive occupancy, processing applications and lease agreements, maintaining records in CRM/resident files, and contributing to invoices and monthly/annual reporting. Requires high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related accounting/financial experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of property-management laws and strong communication/customer-service skills. On-site role with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturday coverage; compensation includes hourly pay with quarterly bonus potential and commissions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum one year bookkeeping, accounting, financial or related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to property management
- Customer service oriented and passion for property management
- Strong desire to lead in your role and the local community
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
