Support daily operations across three apartment communities totaling 312 homes by assisting with leasing, renewals, resident retention, and marketing to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Process resident accounts, deliver customer service, resolve concerns, and assist with inspections and reporting while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing policies. Requires 2+ years of multifamily property management experience, proficiency in Entrata or similar software, and a valid driver's license.
